Terms and Conditions

1. Offer open to UK and Republic of Ireland residents, excluding third parties, employees and the immediate families of the promoter, its associated agencies or anyone else professionally connected with the offer.
2. Applications must include 6 Efficiency Drive Points for every £10 fuel voucher claimed as well as a copy of the sales invoice clearly showing the promotional products used for the claim. The promoter reserves the right to disqualify incomplete, altered or fraudulent applications. No responsibility will be accepted for applications lost, delayed or damaged in the post. Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of delivery. We recommend using a signed-for service. No correspondence will be entered into.
3. No cash alternative will be offered.
4. Offer available from 1st April 2007. Closing date for applications is 31st December 2007. Offer available whilst promotional product stocks last. Fuel vouchers valid for 6 months from date of issue.
5. Claimants must choose from Shell or Texaco vouchers on application. The fuel vouchers will be sent to the claimant within 28 days. Terms and conditions of the voucher will apply. Vouchers may be used as payment for fuel and/or shop products excluding other franchises within the fuel stations.

7. You must be 16 or over to take part in this promotion.
8. Entries become the absolute property of the promoter and will not be returned.
9. Acco UK Ltd. reserves the right without liability to withdraw or amend this promotion at any time if we feel that this promotion has been compromised in any way.
10. There may be a tax liability if you accept a gift or reward in connection with your employment. If you are in any doubt you should check with your own tax advisor.
